3 to 7 Attendees: Receive a 20% discount on group registration.

8 or More Attendees: Receive a 25% discount on group registration.

When registering online, please indicate that you are registering a group.

To qualify for the discount, registrations must be submitted together. Please note that the group discount cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Important Note:

Payment for at least three registrations must be received at once to qualify for the group rate. Retroactive group rates are not available.

Please note that registrations are not finalized until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Registrations are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another individual or applied to registration for a different event.

In the event of a conference cancellation or postponement, tickets will remain valid and can be used for the next scheduled in-person event.

Please note that Force Majeure conditions apply.

We gladly welcome substitute attendees from the same organization who are eligible to attend.

A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, friend, or relative who is not employed in an industry-related occupation.

To register a guest, please provide their name in the designated area on your registration form.

Guests must check in at the onsite registration desk to receive a guest badge, which grants access to evening receptions ONLY.

Please note that guests are not permitted to attend educational sessions, meal functions, or enter the conference area at any other time. The registration fee is INR 5000 per guest.
